Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook snack items according to the restaurant s recipes and standards.
Ensure all dishes are served on time, especially during peak AM and PM shifts.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and report shortages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Support in training and guiding junior kitchen staff when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably in snack/fast food preparation.
Strong knowledge of snack menu items, grilling, frying, and quick-service cooking.
Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
