Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality breads, croissants, pastries, and desserts.
- Develop and innovate sweet bakery recipes.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct technical trials on products to provide expert insights for performance improvement.
- Perform on-site trials at clients bakeries to assist with troubleshooting and offer professional recommendations.
- Provide feedback to the R&D team to support product enhancement and innovation.
