Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our growing cafeteria team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring a great dining experience for our customers. If you’re creative, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to meet you!
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook daily menu items including sandwiches, snacks, grills, beverages, and quick meals. • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and hygiene standards. • Plan and manage inventory, ordering supplies when needed. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. • Support menu development with new ideas and daily specials. • Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely service. • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (preferably in a cafeteria or casual dining setup). • Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations. • Ability to work efficiently during busy hours. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. • Basic English communication skills. ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Accommodation and meals provided • Friendly work environment • Career growth opportunities ⸻
