Roles & Responsibilities

Kitchen Supervision & Korean Cuisine Preparation Prepare and cook Korean menu items such as Bulgogi, Yukgaejang, lunch box meals, and other traditional dishes. Manage the overall kitchen workflow to ensure timely and high-quality food service. Ingredient Preparation & Food Handling Prepare and handle ingredients for cooking, ensuring proper portioning and freshness. Butcher and prepare meats for BBQ (beef, lamb) and handle seafood items such as tuna for sashimi. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards during storage, preparation, and service. General Restaurant Support Carry out tasks and operational instructions assigned by the restaurant manager or owner. Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
