About the location:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Chef de Rang :

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Chef de Rang to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!

As a Chef de Rang, your responsibilities are :

1. Prepares mise-en-place; sets up and clears tables in the work area. Maintains high standards of hygiene and

orderliness

2. Provides genuine hospitality and recognition, acts as host/hostess in the work area. Promotes hotel services and

products

3. Takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per hotel standards in a

friendly, timely and efficient manner

4. Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills. Keeps abreast of events in the hotel

5. Anticipates guest needs, offers suggestions and ascertains satisfaction

6. Takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur

7. Describes food & beverage menu items with interesting and vivid descriptions in a concise, informative and

appropriate manner

8. Is highly sensitive to guest preferences; assists in compiling guest history; offers a special service touch when an

opportunity is presented

9. Requisitions supplies according to established procedures

10. Accurately posts guest checks, processes payments and adheres to related control procedures in a vigilant manner

11. Executes all tasks assigned by his/her superiors

12. Demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model

13. Attends all scheduled training sessions

14. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden

Rule

15. Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards

16. Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk

17. Actively participates in briefings and meetings

18. Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment

19. Performs any additional duties as assigned

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
