Manage Preparation Section
Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc
Prepare Buttercream, Genoise, weekly production
Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prepare toppings for baked goods.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
