About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be a key contributor to the success of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across a variety of outlets. You will support the Sous Chef in pre-opening preparations and daily kitchen operations, helping establish the culinary foundation for one of Saudi Arabia s most iconic luxury destinations.

What You Will Do

  • Participate in pre-opening tasks including kitchen setup, dry runs, team onboarding, and standard operating procedure development.

  • Take full ownership of a section in the kitchen, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet Four Seasons standards.

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently across la carte and banquet operations.

  • Train, supervise, and support junior team members including Commis and Demi Chefs.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

  • Assist in inventory control, waste management, and efficient stock rotation.

What You Bring

  • at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3 years of strong experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant.

  • Strong technical skills across multiple kitchen stations and a passion for culinary excellence.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

  • Pre-opening experience is a plus.

  • Thorough understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards

  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
