Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts as per menu standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in pastry preparation.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Chef de Partie in Pastry & Bakery section.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and presentation.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
