Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts as per menu standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in pastry preparation.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Chef de Partie in Pastry & Bakery section.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and presentation.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
