Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Section Supervision: Manage and organize your assigned kitchen section
- Food Preparation: Cook and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Quality & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Teamwork: Coordinate with other sections and assist commis chefs during service.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and report shortages to the Sous Chef
- Consistency: Ensure all dishes are uniform in taste, portion, and presentation
