Qualifications
- Strong knife skills.
- Experience working on both hot and cold lines.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with daily prep duties and station organization.
- Desire to learn, develop skills, and contribute new recipes.
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in casual dining.
- Organized, work well under pressure.
