Roles & Responsibilities
The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. They will assist the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. The Chef De Partie will also ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Hot Section or similar role in a culinary setting
- Excellent cooking and presentation skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise settings is a plus
- strong>Prefer worked with Accor
