Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong baking and pastry skills.
Knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredient handling, and temperature control.
Creativity in decorating and presenting bakery items.
Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or certificate in Baking / Pastry / Culinary Arts (preferred).
Minimum 2 5 years experience in bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or catering.
