Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and create unique recipes that align with the restaurant’s culinary vision and seasonal offerings.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring each plate meets high standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in upscale dining.
  • Proven track record of menu development and execution, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe, are essential for compliance.
