Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via inbound web messages.
- Respond to customer inquiries in both Dutch and English with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously (3 5 customers at a time).
- Maintain a strong understanding of the platform to guide users effectively.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and uphold service quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Passionate about music and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Professional-level proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience providing customer support via inbound web messaging.
- Ability to multitask and handle several conversations at once.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or above (Chromebooks not supported).
- 8 GB RAM or better, stable internet connection of 25 MBPS+.
- Dual monitors highly recommended.
- A working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation.
- Ability to install and use ModSquad security systems on computer and phone.
