Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via inbound web messages.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in both Dutch and English with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously (3 5 customers at a time).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the platform to guide users effectively.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and uphold service quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Passionate about music and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Professional-level proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience providing customer support via inbound web messaging.
  • Ability to multitask and handle several conversations at once.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or above (Chromebooks not supported).
  • 8 GB RAM or better, stable internet connection of 25 MBPS+.
  • Dual monitors highly recommended.
  • A working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation.
  • Ability to install and use ModSquad security systems on computer and phone.
