Roles & Responsibilities

Position Description:

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Change Manager

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Change Management:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of RUN and Build changes, ensuring seamless integration between existing operations and new projects.
End-to-end management of the change lifecycle in accordance with defined processes.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to identify potential change impacts and plan mitigation measures.
Develop and maintain change management strategies tailored to the specific needs of the scope.

Process and Governance:
Establish and manage change governance processes to ensure full compliance with company policies and standards.
Actively participate in change committees (Change Advisory Boards CAB & eCAB) to evaluate, approve, and prioritize changes.
Prepare and facilitate GO/No-Go sessions with the client to validate critical change milestones.
Ensure that the prerequisites and requirements associated with changes are properly considered and respected.
Ensure the traceability and documentation of all change requests, as well as the corrective actions implemented.

Communication and training:
Develop and disseminate communication plans adapted to different audiences, ensuring transparency and understanding of the changes in progress.
Impact analysis and risk management:
Conduct impact analyses to anticipate the effects of changes on processes, systems and users.
Identify and assess the risks associated with changes, and implement mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts.

Monitoring and continuous improvement:
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes, collecting user feedback and adjusting processes as necessary.
Propose continuous improvements to change management processes to increase the efficiency and quality of transitions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bac+5 in computer engineering, ideally in software development.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Change Manager in a complex environment.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Rigor in data collection and processing.
Customer-oriented spirit .
Sense of organization and priority management.
