Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend the Chairman's meetings, including board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and other critical discussions. This includes preparing agendas, ensuring necessary materials are available, and managing logistics.
- Accurately and comprehensively record all decisions, action items, and key discussion points during the Chairman's meetings.
- Produce clear and concise minutes or summaries of these meetings.
- Diligently track all tasks and responsibilities assigned during meetings or by the Chairman. Proactively communicate these assignments to the involved individuals or departments, ensuring clarity of expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to monitor the progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion according to the agreed-upon standards and deadlines.
- Provide regular and timely updates to the Chairman on the status of ongoing tasks, the progress of key initiatives, and any potential issues requiring the Chairman's attention.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between the Chairman's office and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
- Assist the Chairman with research, preparation of presentations, and other ad-hoc projects as required.
- Manage the Chairman's complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
