Roles & Responsibilities

Project Scope

  • Greenfield agricultural development project (established from scratch)
  • Integrated components including:
    • Core agricultural production
    • Hotel and hospitality facilities
    • Residential buildings
    • Landscape design and implementation
    • Swimming pools and recreational areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full establishment and development of the project from inception.
  • Oversee and manage all operational, agricultural, construction, and hospitality activities.
  • Develop and execute the business, operational, and growth strategy of the project.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Build, lead, and develop multi-disciplinary teams across all project components.
  • Coordinate with investors, contractors, consultants, and partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and sustainable growth.
  • Represent the project at the local and international level when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or Director-level role.

  • Proven experience in greenfield project setup and large-scale project management.
  • Diverse backgrounds cover agriculture, construction, landscaping, and mixed-use developments.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Preference given to high-potential, growth-oriented leadership.
  • Full-time availability with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
