Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install and configure CCTV camera systems, including mounting cameras on poles, walls, and other structures, ensuring optimal coverage and clear image quality.
  • Perform civil works tasks such as trenching, conduit laying, and concrete pouring to accommodate cabling and infrastructure for CCTV installations, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Installs structured cabling for various systems .i.e. CCTV, Access control, Intrusion detection etc.
  • Install and service various Intrusion, CCTV, and Access Control Systems in both commercial and high-end residential environments.
  • Be experienced and able to use hand tools and small power tools e.g. drilling machines, screwdrivers & cutters
  • Be able to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
  • Having prior education, training & knowledge of basic electronics, security systems e.g. IP Surveillance, Intrusion detection, Access control and\or electronic power supplies are all plusses
  • Should have initiative to fabricate parts, cables to ensure an installation will be successfully executed
  • Should haven knowledge of common safety practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in CCTV installation or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and civil works, with hands-on experience.
  • Experience in the construction or security industry is advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills in CCTV systems, networking, and civil works are required.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is a must.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients are needed.
