Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a CCTV Pre-Sales Engineer. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical support and sales engineering, including designing and presenting security solutions to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site surveys, preparing technical proposals, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs and challenges. Design and propose tailored CCTV and security system solutions
Your Role:
- Liaise with clients to understand their technical needs
- Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and solution presentations
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and resellers
- Stay current with security technologies and industry standards

- Sales Engineering and Sales Skills
- Technical Support and Communication Skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of CCTV & ELV systems design
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Certifications with brands like Hikvision, Axis, Milestone, Dahua, Pelco, Avigilon, or Genetec is a plus
- Experience in the local Qatar security industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CCTV/ELV system design and pre-sales
- Strong knowledge of CCTV technologies and security systems
- Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Axis, Milestone, Dahua, Pelco, Avigilon, or Genetec
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
