  • Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in catering operations and business development.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the catering industry, including current trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with clients and staff.
  • Expertise in menu planning, costing, and inventory management software, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, driving team success.
