Category Manager - Kids Wear and Ladies Wear (2 positions) Mark and Save

Principle Accountability:

1. Drive sales and gross profit through effective inventory monitoring, SKU performance analysis, and promotional planning.

2. Coordinate with buyers, planners, and regional teams to track shipments, manage new product launches, and oversee local/import buying.

3. Ensure timely execution of clearance, promotions, and product display strategies across stores. 4. Maintain strong collaboration with store teams to guide visual merchandising and support smooth business operations.

Job Description:

• Sales & GP

• Inventory check and stock comparison in all regional stores.

• Supervisor or SM connect for display and sales discussion.

• Daily Buyers meeting / call on today task and yesterday’s task follow ups

• Sales comparison on stores for the all the SKU. ( Nill, Fast moving, Slow Moving, Aging)

• Noos, Promo Stocks, FM, High Depth & Aging, Slow moving

• New Product Launch/Container Tracking

• Promo Analysis

• NGP check with all regional buyers/ Follow with planner

• Local Buying status check

• Dispatch status for new local buying orders

• Clearance and mission status check

• Product updates on local purchase from the buyers.

• Take display picture and guide store personnel on proper VM.

• Import shipment tracking

• Flayer article selection & Promo selection

• Price change planning

• Today task assignment on priority wise

• Launch status of new stores

• Promotion/Sale
