Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll do:

Study products positioning vs. competition for each category.
Coordinate product development internally (inter-departments) and externally (ad agencies, graphic designers, etc.)
Assist in developing and evolving the yearly marketing plan, meeting the long-term objectives of the company.
Collect and analyze sales and distribution data from the market and compare them to annual budget requirements.
Prepare local statistics and market research data relevant to the different brands including competitive review.
Define the product strategy and road map, and the execution processes.
Recommend and implement annual products objectives, advertising and promotional objectives and conduct market audits. Visit the market, interact as necessary with customers, assist the sales organization, and conduct training as well as keeping current with market trends, and help marketing manager achieve department s strategy.
Evaluate how changes in product positioning will impact sales, volumes, expenses, and profitability.
Work with advertising agencies to create and execute communication plans that support the equity goals of the business in line with budgetary limits. Direct the development, implementation and monitoring of the marketing support programs to assure attainment of sales, margin, and market share.
Implement public relation activities coordinated with management.
Check team adherence to systems and policies and upgrade where needed.
Maintain a high level of motivation environment within the team.
Supervise market intelligence and translate data into information toward product and market development in coordination with management.
Track products budgeted expenses and ensure successful achievement.
Initiating new product developments, managing the development, & launching to market.
Submit weekly reports reflecting competitive activities with recommendations toward product/market enhancement in coordination with management.
Submit monthly reports on the development of all products performance.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
Support the identification process of function related OHS hazards and environmental aspects.
Ensure a proper level of awareness about OHS hazards and environmental aspects related to their function.
Understand and execute his/her pre identified role in case of emergency.
Understand the consequences of not committing to OHS and environmental management systems requirements.
Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

B.A. Degree in Marketing or any equivalent certification.
4-5 years work experience.
Advanced written & spoken English languages.
