Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for handling and processing accurately and promptly all financial transactions with cash, check, or credit card from clients in exchange for products while maintaining outstanding customer service and organized check out area.

Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards and other forms of payments accurately.

Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due as needed.

Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized and well-stocked.

Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.

Maintain the company's funds and make sure that the cash money and checks are matching with the accounting transactions and statements and issue related reports.

Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Monitor and register the falsified/ ripped cash received and notify the concerned accordingly.

Requirements:

BA Degree or High School diploma.

1 3 years of experience in cash handling and customer service.
