Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily carpentry operations, ensuring projects meet specifications and deadlines while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support to optimize work performance and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess quality, compliance, and safety standards, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training in carpentry or construction management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing carpentry projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Certification in OSHA safety standards or equivalent is highly desirable to ensure workplace safety compliance.
  • Valid UAE licence will be an added advantage
  • Candiate shuld be capable to analyse the drawing, sketches and prepare estimates.
