Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build, install, and repair walls, partitions, drywall, wallpaper, millwork, molding, and decorative finishes
- Install and repair surface finishes including laminates and related materials
- Perform rough framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry
- Repair, maintain, and construct wooden structures such as doors, partitions, furniture, and fixtures
- Carry out minor repairs including patching wall surfaces, replacing light bulbs, and tightening fittings
- Prepare and submit material requisitions and coordinate approved vendors as required
- Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment using hand trucks and elevators
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times
- Follow all safety, security, and company procedures and complete required training
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members and support smooth shift operations
- Provide discreet, professional support to guest service standards while working in occupied areas
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Minimum two years of hands-on carpentry or related building maintenance experience
- Practical knowledge of framing, wood repair, and interior finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and handle tools and materials safely
- Willingness to follow safety, quality, and service expectations
