Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build, install, and repair walls, partitions, drywall, wallpaper, and millwork
- Perform framing work for doors, windows, cabinetry, and interior structures
- Repair and maintain wooden fixtures, furniture, doors, and partitions
- Install and repair surface finishes including laminates and decorative elements
- Carry out minor repairs such as patching walls, tightening fittings, and replacing light bulbs
- Support surface preparation and finishing tasks as required
- Load, transport, and unload materials and tools using approved equipment
- Raise material requests and follow internal procurement procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow safety, security, and company procedures during all tasks
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Support guest service standards by working discreetly and professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in carpentry or related building work
- Practical knowledge of framing, wood repair, and interior finishing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and handle tools and materials
- Willingness to follow safety, quality, and service standards
