Carpenter - Facility Management

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :


Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures.
Repair and restore damaged woodwork.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all projects.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other technicians as needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after work.

Requirements:


Proven Experience as a Carpenter
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program preferred.
Proficiency in using carpentry or Painting tools and equipment.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Physical strength and stamina.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
