Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide academic counselling (course selection, time management, strengths/weaknesses).

Support students in building CVs, cover letters, and applying for internships & programs.

Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with students and parents.

Guide students with essays, applications, and university admissions requirements.

Organize workshops and maintain updated student records.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master s degree from a university in the US, UK, Canada, or Europe (mandatory).

2 5 years experience in academic/career counselling or admissions (preferred).

Background in education, psychology, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in any European language is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, empathy, and cultural awareness.
