Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards, including managing wash cycles and equipment performance.
  • Manage and train a team of car wash attendants, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment to promote teamwork.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals, place orders, and manage stock to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including wash bays, waiting areas, and equipment, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the cash register and daily transactions, including opening and closing procedures, and accurately reconcile cash drawers.
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in management or customer service are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a car wash or similar customer service environment, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with customers and staff.
  • Strong understanding of car wash equipment and maintenance procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Proven experience in supervising and leading a team, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • UAE Driving License is Must
