Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Polish vehicles after painting to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Operate polishing machines and apply polishing compounds to vehicle surfaces.
- Remove scratches, blemishes, and defects from painted surfaces.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless and smooth finish.
- Replace and maintain polishing buffs and equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Polishing Foreman or Bodyshop Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: High School or equivalent education required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive polishing.
- Languages: Basic communication skills in English.
