Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by stripping old paint, sanding, and applying primer for a flawless finish.
- Select and mix paints according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
- Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint evenly, achieving high-quality, durable results.
- Inspect completed work for defects, ensuring that all surfaces meet quality standards before delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in automotive painting is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive paint applications or a related field.
- Certification in automotive refinishing or painting from a recognized institution is highly valued.
- Proven experience with color matching and mixing techniques to ensure perfect finishes.
