Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

A renowned 5-star resort in Qatar is looking for an experienced and dedicated Captain to join its F&B team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to manage a team to deliver outstanding service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of waitstaff to ensure excellent service

  • Oversee guest orders, ensuring they are taken and delivered promptly

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in dining areas

  • Assist in training and coaching junior staff members

  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

  • Monitor guest needs and respond accordingly to enhance the dining experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
