Roles & Responsibilities

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaign Manager will be the technical operator and strategist responsible for ensuring the day-to-day success of client campaigns. You ll manage targeting, copywriting, sequencing, deliverability, experimentation, and reporting, while serving as a client-facing expert within a dedicated pod (1 CSM + 2 GTMs).
You ll collaborate closely with clients through weekly calls, Slack/Intercom updates, and HubSpot reporting, ensuring campaigns remain optimized and consistently deliver high-quality meetings. While Relationship Managers focus on renewals, your core responsibility is driving campaign performance, client satisfaction, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeting & ICP Development

    • Translate client goals into detailed targeting matrices (industry, seniority, company size, geography, tech stack, triggers).

    • Build, enrich, and maintain high-quality prospect lists with proper suppression and compliance.

    Cold Email Copy & Messaging

    • Write, test, and refine cold email copy including subject lines, openers, CTAs, and follow-ups.

    • Develop multi-angle narratives such as ROI-driven, social proof, compliance-based, and competitive positioning.

    • Implement personalization at scale through snippets, dynamic variables, and micro-references.

    Sequencing & Execution

    • Design multi-touch sequences with proper cadence, volume safeguards, and reply handling paths.

    • Coordinate seamless handoffs to client SDR/AE teams for qualified replies.

    Deliverability & Infrastructure

    • Configure and manage technical infrastructure (domains, DNS records, mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, warmups).

    • Monitor bounce and spam rates, proactively implementing deliverability remediation strategies.

    Experimentation & Optimization

    • Run structured A/B/n tests across subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and send timings.

    • Maintain an experiment backlog and document winning approaches into playbooks for scale.

    Client Communication

    • Join weekly client meetings with Relationship Managers to present results, experiments, and next steps.

    • Share performance metrics, recommendations, and insights via Slack and Intercom.

    • Act as the technical point of contact for campaign-related questions.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track key performance indicators (open, reply, and meeting rates; deliverability health).

    • Prepare and share weekly HubSpot reports and insights through client Slack channels.

    • Identify trends in objections or replies and share actionable feedback for broader GTM strategy.

    Pod & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work within a structured pod (1 CSM + 2 GTMs, managing ~20 25 clients).

    • Align with CSMs to ensure campaigns support retention and renewal goals.

    • Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to share market insights and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

em> Experience

  • 2 5+ years managing outbound or cold email campaigns, or in B2B growth operations.

  • Proven ability to optimize reply and meeting rates through effective targeting and copy iteration.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly, Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.

  • Strong understanding of deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, reputation management).

  • Demonstrated success working directly with clients presenting results and strategy confidently.

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

  • Analytical and process-driven mindset; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Capable of documenting and standardizing playbooks for scalable execution.

  • Experience scaling campaigns to 10K 100K+ emails per month is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outbound SaaS environments.
