Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup and Launch:
Collaborate with sales to understand campaign requirements, client objectives, and deliverables.
Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and tagging through ad servers.
Ensure all creative assets meet specifications and are properly implemented before campaign launch.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure delivery and performance targets are met.
Optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, pacing, and creative assets to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, performance, and optimization.
Provide recommendations to clients on improving ad creative, targeting, and overall campaign strategy based on data insights.
Address client inquiries promptly and proactively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze campaign reports, tracking KPIs such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Deliver performance reports to clients regularly, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Work closely with the partners to gain deeper insights into audience behavior and campaign performance.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with the partners to resolve technical issues affecting campaign delivery.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure creatives are aligned with the publisher s ad specs, branding and content guidelines.
Collaborate with sales teams to help them identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients if needed.
Revenue and Inventory Management:
Work with finance to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of campaigns.
Responsible for the monthly closing cycle of the products managed via Salesforce.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices in the publisher ecosystem.
Explore new ad formats and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve advertiser ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields.
    • 2-3 years experience within an advertising agency (preferably digital) social platform, programmatic buying, media planning, or related fields.
    • English is fluent.
    • French speaker is a must
