Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product/service information and resolve simple issues.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center handling incoming and outgoing calls, email, and chat
- Basic computer and typing proficiency.
