Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients professionally
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Provide accurate information about medical services, doctors, treatments, and pricing
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front desk staff
- Manage patient records and update appointment systems
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments, test results, and reminders
- Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Achieve call quality and patient satisfaction standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical clinic or hospital call center
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
- Strong customer service and patient-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with appointment booking software / CRM systems
