Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information about medical services, doctors, treatments, and pricing
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front desk staff
  • Manage patient records and update appointment systems
  • Follow up with patients regarding treatments, test results, and reminders
  • Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Achieve call quality and patient satisfaction standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical clinic or hospital call center
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Strong customer service and patient-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with appointment booking software / CRM systems
