Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to all inquiries regarding beauty services and offers.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or follow up with clients after services.
  • Professionally respond to comments and private messages (inbox) on the company s social media pages.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about offers, prices, and services across SG Group branches.
  • Accurately record client data on the company s System.
  • Manage client inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate continuously with the Marketing team and branch teams to confirm bookings and appointments.
  • Prepare daily reports on calls, messages, and client follow-ups for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in Call Center, Moderation, or Customer Service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
  • Quick response, polite and professional manner, and presentable appearance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
  • Commitment to shift schedules (morning/evening).
