Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to all inquiries regarding beauty services and offers.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or follow up with clients after services.
- Professionally respond to comments and private messages (inbox) on the company s social media pages.
- Provide clear and accurate information about offers, prices, and services across SG Group branches.
- Accurately record client data on the company s System.
- Manage client inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate continuously with the Marketing team and branch teams to confirm bookings and appointments.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, messages, and client follow-ups for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in Call Center, Moderation, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
- Quick response, polite and professional manner, and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Commitment to shift schedules (morning/evening).
