Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling calls for Zulekha Hospitals Dubai/Sharjah and Zulekha Medical Center
  • Giving appointments as per the availability of the Doctor's timings
  • Cancelling and rescheduling the appointments as per patients request
  • Educating the patients about various campaigns and services offered by Zulekha Hospitals
  • Booking Fast track appointments
  • Clarifying patients doubts and guiding them accordingly
  • Online Booking
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions, thus improving retention rates.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by handling high call volumes and various customer issues while maintaining composure and professionalism.
