Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling calls for Zulekha Hospitals Dubai/Sharjah and Zulekha Medical Center
- Giving appointments as per the availability of the Doctor's timings
- Cancelling and rescheduling the appointments as per patients request
- Educating the patients about various campaigns and services offered by Zulekha Hospitals
- Booking Fast track appointments
- Clarifying patients doubts and guiding them accordingly
- Online Booking
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions, thus improving retention rates.
- Demonstrate adaptability by handling high call volumes and various customer issues while maintaining composure and professionalism.

- Graduate with Min 1 year relevant experience
