Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-line support to customers by handling incoming communication and ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and escalated as necessary. This includes coordinating with field engineers and monitoring operational dashboards to ensure service continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Answer and manage incoming customer calls.

Respond to customer inquiries via email.

Route calls to the appropriate internal resources.

Log and document all customer interactions accurately.

Escalate issues to management when required.

Assign service tickets to field engineers.

Monitor operational dashboards to ensure all systems and services are functioning correctly.


Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and punctual; consistently shows up on time.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus.

ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

3 years above experience in a similar role.
