Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. The main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries, making follow-up calls, and providing support to resolve customer issues or answer their questions efficiently and effectively.

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers.
  • Provide technical support or required information to customers.
  • Enter and update customer data in internal systems.
  • Prepare daily reports using Excel and Word as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
