Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role of Call Center Representative at New Star EG located in Heliopolis. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, issues, or requests via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, the Call Center Representative will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Follow up on customer concerns and ensure satisfaction after the sale
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the customer journey
  • Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products or services during customer interactions to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or add-on services
  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently promote relevant offerings

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Proven experience in a Call Center or After-Sales Support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
