Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to all inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Accurately record client data in the company s system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree.
- Males only.
- 1 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick response, polite and professional manner, and presentable appearance.
