Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to all inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Accurately record client data in the company s system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree.
  • Males only.
  • 1 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick response, polite and professional manner, and presentable appearance.
