Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are looking for highly skilled German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our new call center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with customers from Austria and Germany, providing support, information, and professional assistance.
- To be successful in this position, you must have an excellent command of the German language ideally at a native or near-native level with strong communication skills and the ability to understand and respond naturally to native German speakers. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile
