Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, order status, delivery timelines, and procedures.
- Log all customer interactions in the system with full details.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved cases to supervisors.
Service & Delivery Coordination
- Follow up with internal teams (delivery, technical, operations) to track service requests.
- Update customers proactively regarding delays, schedule changes, or task completion.
- Ensure all customer requests are handled within the agreed SLA.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CRM or service management systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly summaries of key issues, common complaints, and pending cases.
- Support the team by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
Quality & Performance
- Follow the company s call scripts, guidelines, and communication standards.
- Achieve KPIs such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
- Additional courses or certifications in Customer Service, Office Administration, or Coordination are a plus.
Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in handling client communication, scheduling, and coordinating team activities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
