Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to real estate services.
  • Provide accurate information about property and pricing
  • Document all customer interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding real estate offerings and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adhere to company protocols, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
