Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:

  • Proven experience with CAFM systems and administrative functions.
  • Maximo configuration & administration (workflows, escalations, domains).
  • CAFM/CMMS knowledge (understanding of asset lifecycle, work order
    management, preventive maintenance, inventory etc).
  • Database skills.
  • Integration knowledge.
  • Reporting & analytics.
  • Understanding of FM operations (PPM, reactive, statutory maintenance, asset
    registers).
  • Knowledge of SFG20, ISO 41001, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to map business processes into Maximo workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or FM.
  • 10+ years in Facilities management.
  • IBM Maximo Certifications.
