Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain, including sourcing high-quality ingredients and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that resonate with customers and reflect current food trends.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in cafe operations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software to streamline operations efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain a compliant and hygienic environment.
