People who think differently and connect with those around them to co-create new opportunities and leave a meaningful legacy.Responsible for full transactions processing of the unit including PFA duties, billings to clients, debtors, payments of expenses, creditors, journal and journal adjustments, provisions and accruals, debtors collections and other ad hoc duties in support of the Finance Team and local office and operational teamsKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed Civil 3D corridor, surface, alignment, profile, and assembly models for roads and highways designsCoordinate with survey, design, and BIM teams to integrate surface data, pipe networks, drainage, and utilitiesProduce quantity take-offs, earthworks volumes, and cross-section reports directly from ModelsPerform clash detection and coordinate model clashes via BIM 360 or NavisworksApply and enforce UAE design standards (DM, RTA, ADNOC) and international best practicesGenerate plan, profile, and section drawings ready for technical review and client submissionAssist in the development of Civil 3D templates, styles, and automated scripts to streamline modelling tasksProvide ongoing modelling support throughout detailed design, tender documentation, and construction phasesMinimum Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor s degree in civil engineering, Geomatics, or related field5 years professional experience modeling roads and highways in Autodesk Civil 3DProven track record of delivering detailed 3D models for large-scale infrastructure projectsDeep familiarity with UAE Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Municipality design guidelinesStrong proficiency in Civil 3D features: corridors, surfaces, grading, pipe networks, and report generationSolid understanding of earthworks calculations, drainage design, and utility coordinationTechnical & Personal SkillsSoftware: Autodesk Civil 3D (expert); Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Microsoft OfficeCollaboration: Excellent communication skills for working with multi-discipline design teamsAttention to Detail: Rigorous checking of models and drawings to ensure accuracy and complianceProblem-Solving: Creative approach to resolving clashes, alignments, and constructability issuesTime Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables under tight deadlinesAdaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embracing digital processesDesirable AttributesExperience with Dynamo or Python scripting to automate Civil 3D tasksKnowledge of GIS integration (ArcGIS/QGIS) Previous exposure to tender documentation and construction supportProfessional certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional Civil 3D)What We OfferPan-Middle East Exposure: Work on landmark highways, expressways, and urban road networksCareer Development: Access in-house training, mentorship, and clear progression pathsDigital Innovation: Be part of our journey to become fully digital, leveraging the latest BIM toolsWork Life Balance: Well-resourced teams ensure fair workload distribution and flexible policiesCompetitive Package: Market-leading salary, relocation assistance (if applicable), and benefitsWe believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
