Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Develop construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD and /Revit.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, industry codes, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to interpret design intent and translate it into clear and concise drawings.
  • Maintain and update project documentation throughout the design process.
  • Manage document control activities and frequent as-built updates of projects premises by surveying sites to implement as built drawings.
  • Assist with the creation of 3D models and visualizations using Revit.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in the architectural or engineering field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD(Must) Revit software (preferable)
  • Strong understanding of architectural and construction terminology.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in business or Engineering (architectural /civil) or Fine Arts.

AutoCAD

Revit 2D & 3D
