Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain as-built drawings based on approved shop drawings, red-line markups, site records, and survey information
- Verify contractor-submitted as-built drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved construction records
- Incorporate approved field changes, variations, and engineer instructions into final as-built documentation
- Produce and update CAD drawings for infrastructure works including roads, bridges, tunnels, marine works, and utilities
- Coordinate with discipline engineers and site supervision teams to resolve discrepancies in drawings and site records
- Ensure drawings comply with project CAD standards, authority requirements, and Parsons drafting standards
- Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and document control systems
- Support preparation of handover and close-out documentation, including final as-built submissions to the client and authorities
Ideal Profile
- Diploma or bachelor s degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on infrastructure construction projects, preferably in a construction supervision or PMC environment
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proven experience in as-built drawing production and verification for infrastructure works
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, red-line markups, and survey data
- Solid understanding of roads, bridges, tunnels, marine works, and utility infrastructure
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing packages under tight deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
